This set is a celebration of printing history and wood type. Housed in a deluxe box with a letterpress-printed wood veneer sleeve, the postcards showcase photographs of treasures from the Hamilton Wood Type & Printing Museum in Two Rivers, Wisconsin, home to one of the world's largest collections of wood type. Also included are six letterpressed art cards, printed onsite at Hamilton, and a folded broadside describing the museum's history.

The Hamilton Wood Type & Printing Museum in Two Rivers, Wisconsin, is home to the largest collection (over 1.5 million specimens) of wood type in North America. Artists, designers, letterpress or typography enthusiasts, and anyone who appreciates wood type, printing, or analogue processes will be inspired by the incredible legacy of print that these postcards celebrate. These postcards not only channel the vintage appeal of wood type, but they do so with the authority of one of the largest collections of wood type in the world, and celebrate the rich history of print that the Hamilton Museum preserves.

  • If your return is accepted, we'll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
